Storage & Gallery Expiration

Gallery storage is provided for the duration of the purchased service period.

Gallery content may be permanently removed after expiration.

Users are responsible for downloading any photos or videos they wish to retain before gallery expiration.

Event-Pix is not responsible for lost content after gallery expiration.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Event-Pix may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or unforeseen technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event-Pix shall not be liable for:

• Lost, deleted, or inaccessible content.

• Service interruptions.

• Unauthorized access caused by shared event links or QR codes.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
